She currently serves as a Policy Advisor and Manager for Early Childhood Education in the Cayman Islands, where she crafts impactful policies that support the development and well-being of young learners. With a Doctorate in Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction, and Master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education, Inclusive Education, and Public Administration (Law and Public Policy), Dr. Pearlyn combines deep academic knowledge with practical, frontline experience. Her academic and professional journey provides her with a rare 360-degree understanding of early education—from the classroom to the policy table.
